Prices shown are in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST.

We take payment at the time of your order, not necessarily the time of dispatch. This is to ensure your information is handled safely. Payments are processed securely and no card details are stored on our server. No order is processed by us until payment has cleared. If there is a problem we will contact you as soon as possible.

As we are a UK based company, it is possible that you may be charged a ‘foreign or international transaction fee’ which is set by your card issuer. This fee can be between 2-4% of the purchase price. All orders from bioflow.com/au are shipped by Express Post from our Brisbane Fulfilment Centre. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours with the exception of weekends and public holidays.

Any errors may incur a delay in shipping. We will endeavour to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay for any cause.
