Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please see below.

As long as our water care guidance is followed, then the strength of Bioflow magnets will not diminish.

We offer a 6 month guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship on our silicone sport wristbands and a 12 month guarantee on all other products. If you have a faulty product within these timeframes, please email us at web@bioflow.com along with an image of the issue, your order number and details, and we will then advise how we can help.

If you require a differently sized product within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and still in the original packaging, please email us at web@bioflow.com with your order number, name and exchange request, we will advise return and exchange instructions. 

If you change your mind and would like a refund within 14 days of receipt, again the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please email us at web@bioflow.com with your order number, name and request to return. We will then advise return instructions

Please note: Both Size Exchanges/Refunds can only be processed on unused, products that have a protective film this must still be intact and all products must still be in their original packaging.

In the case of all refunds/exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying the return postage. Size exchanges will incur a $16 processing & re-delivery charge and any additional charge is required. If you would like a refund, we will reimburse the value of the goods only.
